Every Tuesday at 6 PM Eastern, we’ll meet on Zoom for a 1-hour live class where you’ll learn sultry, sassy chair dance routines that make you feel strong and confident.

🔥 Weekly Online Live Floorwork Classes

Every Thursday at 6 PM Eastern, we dive into sassy floor moves and fluid routines with seamless transitions that make your body feel good and sexy.
You’ll explore legs & waves, which fire up your core way more than a regular crunch, while also building flexibility, grace, and strength.

🔥 30-Minute Private Class (Week 3)

Midway through the program, we’ll have a one-on-one session to work on what’s feeling most challenging for you. This personalized coaching session will help you unlock movement blocks and refine your technique. We’ll schedule it at a time that works best for you after you register for the program.

Miss a class? No worries! All live classes will be recorded (featuring just me, not the group) and available to watch throughout the 6-week program.

Q: Do I need prior dance experience?

A: Not at all! This program is specifically designed for beginners and welcomes all bodies, levels, and backgrounds. We all start somewhere, right?

Q: I have some chair dance and floorwork experience. Will I benefit from the program?

A: Absolutely! You’ll learn new moves, fresh routines, and refine your technique while deepening your connection to movement. Plus, you’ll discover creative ways to express yourself and add your unique style to the dance.

Q: Heels or Barefoot?

A: Barefoot! In fact, socks can be super helpful for smoother movement. Knee pads are required to protect your knees on the floor, and you might love long socks for a little extra sass.

Q: What should I wear for classes?

A: Anything that’s comfortable to move in and makes you feel sassy! Sweatpants or leggings? Perfect. That lingerie you’ve been holding onto? Go for it! It’s your “Me Time”—wear what makes you feel good.

Q: What time zone are the live classes?

A: Eastern Time (ET)

Q: What if I miss a class?

A: No worries, life happens! You’ll receive the class recording the next day, so you can catch up and practice whenever it works for you. 

Q: How long will I have access to course materials?

A: Lifetime access to playlists and all emails/written resources. Live class recordings will be available during the 6-week program.

Q: What kind of space and equipment do I need?

A: You’ll need enough space to move comfortably on the floor without hitting the furniture—your bedroom, living room, or even your office could work. Carpeted floors are not a problem. You’ll also need a sturdy chair (no office chairs with wheels) and knee pads to protect your knees during floorwork.

Q: What kind of support is available?

A: This is not a DIY course! It might be online, but it’s fully live, interactive, and I’ll be here for you every step of the way. In addition to our weekly group classes, you’ll also get a private session with me to focus on what you need most. Q: Are there any payment plans?

A: Yes. You can split your payment into two—half upon registration and the remaining half one month later, with a small difference in total price.

Hello! I'm Lacin (La-chin)

I’m so excited you’re here.

I’m a pole and dance teacher, movement coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping women move with confidence, sass, and sensuality. As the founder of Magnetic Pole Fit in San Jose, CA, I’ve spent years creating movement experiences that go beyond just fitness—they bring playfulness, power, and pleasure back into your body.

My story? I started as a mechanical engineer (yep, in a very male-dominated world!), but at 30, I made the bold leap into the pole and dance business—and I’ve never looked back. I know what it’s like to shrink yourself, to feel disconnected from your body, to move through life in a way that feels… flat. But I also know the magic that happens when you step into movement and dance, when you stop hiding curves, when you let yourself take up space.

I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Dance: Creative Practice with a somatic movement background, which is pretty rare! My approach blends body awareness, fitness, self-expression, and sensuality. I bring these elements into my studio, online courses, and teaching, creating a deeply fulfilling experience—physically, mentally, emotionally.

Movement isn't just about strength. Dance is not only about technique. It's about feeling juicy, playful and alive.

Now, at 39, my heart is full from the incredible women I’ve had the honor to work with. Nothing makes me happier than helping women feel amazing in their bodies, embrace their curves, and reconnect with their feminine power.
